Plenty of support is available. The environment is very relaxed. The only stress would be the anticipation of getting laid off. The Carling Campus was very pretty

Cons

I did not find a lot of opportunities for growth. The career advancement is very limited. The laid back environment could make you lazy as well

The management should seriously focus on improving the culture. The culture of being proactive and innovation needs to be brought back
