- Disapproves of CEO
“A company that cares more about profits than about its employees.”
Current Employee – been working at North American Energy Services full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – 401k with employer match. Decent health insurance. Nice amount of vacation time. Lots of career opportunities within the company. Bonus program, scholarship opportunities.
Cons – Bonus is set up so its almost impossible to earn 100 percent of it. Health insurance co-pays and prescription cost keep rising. You have to use vacation time first in order to use sick time. Very anti-union.
Advice to Senior Management – Strive to develop better employee relations. Listen to the recommendations of your employees in order to make a better working environment.
