Current Employee – been working at North American Membership full-time for more than a year
Pros – Fun place to work
Lots of events get employees involved
Good pay, good benefits
Good amount of time off
Overall just fun
Cons – We never hear how the company is doing or the yearly numbers.
We do not see senior mangement much either but we always see their catered lunch's being delivered.
Our IT Goup has their own wing and are not very friendly to others.
Advice to Senior Management – Get out more and don't hide behind a desk. Make weekly rounds so you can hear what the issues are first hand and then take action. The success of the company is in your hands so it's ok to get to know your employees and listen to their feedback. Get some young talent into the senior management team for some fresh ideas and new energy.
