ProsTeaching and taking pride as students learned art and taking pride in what they acomplished or art awards won.

ConsNon respect for teachers, low salaries, non raises, student violence on teachers. As I was assaulted by a student.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease salaries, respect and protect teachers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
