Innovative leadership is right around the corner, as soon as some old-timers retire.

I worked at North Carolina State University full-time for less than a year

ProsThe University has great academic programs and research. The School of Textiles is unbelievable. Centennial Campus will become a hotspot for technology and biotech development in next ten years. Most employees are super friendly.

ConsMilitaristic management structure which is unwilling to accept ideas from "outsiders." Pay is surprisingly low compared to other areas of the country and the benefits are laughingly bad.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
