I have been working at North Carolina State University part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a great place since there is a lot of opportunity to collaborate with other people in similar fields at UNC , Duke, and industry at RTP. Additionally, NCSU has a wide variety of seminar that are offered.

    Cons

Parking is always an issue at any campus. Each department is very independent on campus. It would be nice to see more collaboration within NCSU.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Conflict in the workplace should always be monitored as it could lead to stressful working environments.
