Pros

I worked at DELTA for a while, and I found it to be an excellent place to work, with excellent coworkers, a good product, and a good business plan. The department head runs the department very well. DELTA was a good, fun place to work.

Cons

The only real con is that it is a state entity, but there are benefits to state employment too. State employment means that directives from the NC legislature affect the employment situation.

Advice to Management

Keep running DELTA the way you do.
