I have been working at North Dakota State University

Pros

Nice and friendly environment, people are nice and helpful, convenient location, decent income and benefit

Cons

The weather in Fargo is very bad during winner, and other seasons sometimes too. It is not a huge school or located in such a big city, so the opportunities and support are fair.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

faculty and students should be able to get more financial support
