“Work/Life Balance found with amazing Consulting company”
Current Employee – been working at North Highland full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The people of North Highland are the main reason I love this company. They're smart, innovative, fun and have lives outside of work. You're treated with respect and ideas are welcome from all levels within North Highland. They are also the most philanthropic group I've ever worked with. North Highland contributes annually to a variety of causes both large and small.
Cons – The main complaint at North Highland was and is compensation. Because they have a different model than most consulting firms.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
