ProsOne of the best things about working for NET is the family atmosphere created by the employees in our various programs.

ConsOne of the most common shortcomings expressed by NET employees is the limited ability to advance within the company into supervisory roles.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate a pay structure that allows staff to receive annual raises in order to help with retention across the agency.
