Pros: There are a lot of really great people working at Northeastern, and a number of departments are loaded… Cons: Human Resources does a fairly poor job with nearly everything. Salary negotiations are fairly torturous, the review process tends to diminish individual achievements and therefore… Advice to Senior Management: There is almost no appreciation of individual value.
