    Pros

People here are mostly really warm and nice, since most of the people are dealing with students.

    Cons

The work is not challenging as well as not a whole lot to learn, can not grow with. Plus the people are mostly too laid back, not a good place for young people want to learn how to work in the future.

    Pros

nice location, nice campus, clever advertising to attract students with money

    Cons

incompetent leadership, culture of greed, it's commonplace for people in leadership positions to bring in their friends for jobs (often these friends are not qualified), sexism in the advancement department, some questionable fundraising tactics, board of directors not really engaged in oversight, mediocre academics, a lot of in-fighting in various academic departments

    Advice to Management

bring in an organizational development consultant to weed out incompetent and nasty leaders
