    Pros

Benefits, Time off, Free Tuition, Professional Development

    Cons

Some of the downsides to Northeastern University is the pay and turnover rate, which I would argue go hand in hand. Politics can be pretty high also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bump the pay for employees and cut the amount of turnover. This university is a great place with a wonderful culture. However, it can be extremely frustrating to have the constant turnover and lack of constancy.
