Friendly and fun atmosphere. Employers work hard to accommodate students' schedules. School and students' well being always come first.

Cons

Not much room to move up. No weekend hours. Hard to find job within your career field. Lower pay than students may need.

    So many options for jobs, good pay, works well with your class schedule, you can really make it what you want.

    Hard to get a job if you're not actively looking or if you're not on work study.

    Great research experience and flexible while in school. Exposure to a variety of subjects that are great for a resume

    Cons

    Not enough hours or work during holidays and break, no raises

    Don't talk down to research assistants, especially when we know how to search something online better than you do
