    Pros

Stability. Many people stay for their entire career.

    Cons

Too many to list but infrastructure and software are outdated. Political and bureaucratic environment. No incentives or reward for hard work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should look more to young talent and embrace new ideas. Compensation levels should be higher to attract the best. NTGI's investment strategy should be reconstructed as returns are sub par.

    Pros

Genuine diversity; highly ethical values. Stable, conservative company that does not take unnecessary business risks.

    Cons

Recent emphasis on cost cutting and increased productivity, which has affected employee morale and efficiency. Increased outsourcing of technical activities. Many hours spent in meetings, most of which are not productive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep long-term goals in mind, not just the stock price.
