Loses talented employees at lower levels due to lack of progression and below market salaries

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsOffers the opportunity for international assignments to India, Australia etc. Cafeteria facilities are very modern and offer lots of choice!

ConsCan be quite a depressing place to work at times with a lot of employees feeling under valued. Young talent tends to stick around for a year or two and then get poached by competitors offering much larger salaries and better career prospects.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your employees more, offer advancement and don't just pay the bare minimum as the company will lose out when they leave to go somewhere that pays more.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
