ProsMany good people work here, and the location in the Loop is great.

ConsCompensation has been lagging the past 4 years, and expense controls are taking their toll on people. Overall atmosphere has become quite gloomy.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe careful that expense control efforts don't inadvertantly undermine productivity.
