Terrific all-around place to work. Couldn't be much happier with my career here.

Cons

The pay scale is below market rate on most positions within the company. The company compares it's salary data to the wrong competition, which skews the "Market Rate" the company comes up with.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your quality people well, and you'll continue to have quality people. All-around great place to work, would not substitute the culture for any other place on the street.
