when promises are made, keep them, you can't bring in new talent from other huge competitors and then void bonuses or raises no matter how the financial picture looks, promises were made and need to be kept, if the worker signed with intent of bonus, overtime and benefits be prepared to deliver on all these itmes or lose good talent in the first few years, guaranteed.
