Pros – Great team support within peer group, with great focus on improving the customer journey and experience - averaging from poor to great. Encouraged to treat your portfolio as your own business with Accountability and Ownership. Very loyal and hard working staff. Never a dull moment!

Cons – Work Life Balance - Extremely long hours culture at times can be a downer. Clarity around workload allocation, managing expectations and understanding 'why' and for 'how long' is cruical in mapping to ensure you are able to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to 'listen' to the voice of the customer and your dedicated and loyal staff.
