    Pros

The environment at Northland can be very fulfilling. It is not a typical corporate setting with many levels of red tape. If you are willing to work hard and communicate accordingly, your future there can be rewarding.

    Cons

The management there is very old school and have very successful with this style. Going forward however, they need to expand their views if they are going to continue to grow.

    Advice to Management

The management team needs to consider a succession plan and stick to it.
