I have been working at Northrop Grumman

Pros

Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, designs, develops, manufactures, operates, and supports: airborne radar, navigation, electronic countermeasures, precision weapons, airspace management, space payloads, marine and naval systems, communications, biodefense, and government systems. Great opportunies for employment.

Cons

Northrop Grumman as a whole does not seem to have the lobbying power in Washington DC to land the big contracts that other large defense contractors like Lockheed Martin and Boeing always get.

I have been working at Northrop Grumman

    Pros

Working in aerospace can be a great experience when government funding is available. The benefits packages are usually some of the best and often included pension plans.

    Cons

Unfortunately, those heydays are gone. Government funding is scarce and layoffs are aplenty. The pensions have been discontinued for new employees.
