Advice to Senior ManagementWork smarter and not harder, develop realistic production scheduling, stop working your best employees to death let them know it is OK to have a home life.

    Pros: Excellent 401k, Credit Union, and Medical plans. Decent retirement/separation packages.… Cons: Incompetent and undeserving middle and upper management. Poor strategy planning that causes unnecessary time constraints and inefficient use of resources. Onsite HR is worthless.
