A good place to work.

Software Engineer I (Current Employee)
Bellevue, NE

I have been working at Northrop Grumman

ProsRelaxing, not a lot of pressure (you are still take a breath!). You are given the time to learn the things you need to do your job correctly.

ConsCompensation not as high compared to commercial companies (high tech). However, the is understandable because of the relaxing environment. You are pay enough to work 40 hours a week, but not 50+ hours a week as in other high tech (commercial) companies.

Advice to Senior ManagementA great place to work. Just bring in more younger employees to loosen the "tight" environment in the office!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
