Unethical management

ProsPay, location, weather and free parking.

ConsToo many to list but here are but a few: loud unprofessional office environment, no training budget, no local IT group, management that rules by fear and intimidation.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop manageing to a limited set of metrics. Stop using fear and intimidation as your primary motivational tools.
