“This subsidiary was on of the best when it was TRW. Now it is not good anymore.”
Former Employee – worked at Northrop Grumman
Pros – Still pay good salary and benefit.
Cons – Does not treat employees properly as TRW used to do.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn lesson from old TRW.
