Lousy Place to Work

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Rolling Meadows, IL

Pros9/80 Flex Time Off, health benefits

ConsIncompetent management, raises/promotions based on what circle an employee spins in, no credit for good work done, managers allowed to act on personal biases towards subordinates, extremely-high level of undeserved hubris among some employees and managers, denied opportunities, an environment where turning in one's co-worker for frivolous reasons is highly encouraged, sub-standard compensation

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn from "top" companies and maybe you wouldn't be ranked near the bottom!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
