    Good Company - Bad Managment

    Pros: Good Employees, Good Work Environment, Good Health Insurance and benefits, Cons: Low Pay, no room for growth, Poor Management , Layoffs… Advice to Senior Management: Take more notice of employees and allow them to grow.     Lousy place for engineering talent.

    Pros: Ability to work on large projects that have a fair amount of visibility. Learn… Cons: At least with my business unit, some of the worst managers I've ever worked with. None of them understood or really cared for good… Advice to Senior Management: Take engineering more seriously. Stop placing former military personnel with zero IT… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
