Cons

there is a serious leadership and internal bickering and strife set of issues. Everyone below the level of VP that gets no bonus based on their OWN numbers just wants to do the right thing for the company - I've seen that consistently. at the VP and above level, where it's all about their own numbers, it's dog eat dog INTERNALLY.

sadly, they haven't realized the competition is supposed to be OUTSIDE THE CASTLE WALLS !!

think less about "I" and "me" and think more about "we, us".
