Pros
Hardworking, intelligent people. Reasonable benefits and salary.
Cons
Non-innovative, risk adverse, process heavy (checking boxes as opposed to active improvement), management is out of touch with lower level employees, cheap (employees cannot obtain equipment to get the job done better and quicker).
Advice to Senior Management
Treat lower level employees with respect and allow them to have access (within reason) to the tools that make jobs easier.
