Northrop Grumman – “Why you should work at Nothrop Gurmman”

Pros

The PDP program allows you to rotate to different, disparate assignments before choosing your permanent position. You could do one rotation in Engineering, the next in Business and one in Sales. The people at NGES are extremely nice, professional and caring. A very relaxed environment for how challenging the work is allows you to feel fulfilled but not overwhelmed.

Cons

There are really no downsides that I've seen as of yet, but I have only worked here for a few months. One of the potential downsides is the process of obtaining a security clearance as you will be interviewed and investigated extensively; but again its part of the job.

Advice to Senior Management

So far none. They are doing a great job.
