Pros – Educational Opportunities for life long learning are highly encouraged and supported.
Cons – Limited career growth, salary increases plateau (essentially amount to a COLA), which barely keep pace with inflationary pressures -driving the perception that you are moving backwards annually.
Advice to Senior Management – Hold on to your talent...There are many incentives that can be leveraged but the one that always speaks the loudest in terms of an employees perception of value to the organization are wages. Even in today's economic uncertainty their is no sound logic in investing in your talent pool only to have them ensure your competition succeeds.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
