Good company to work for if you can find a good fit....

Unfortunately worked there twice but never found a good fit....was overqualified for both positions.

    Pros

    Benefits were excellent. 401K match. Tuition reimbursement. A lot of freedom to work the job.

    Cons

    Difficult to move laterally withing the company. No clear cut guidelines on career progression.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start some type of "Your career with NG - 101" class that is given yearly. This would list and discuss the steps in developing one's career over the long term with NG. Talk about what is possible.
