Northrop Grumman – “Good stepping stone”

Northrop Grumman Electrical Engineer II in Newport News, VA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

A good first job to get your foot in the door. Flexible schedules, job security, can pretty much do as you want.

Cons

Hard to move up within the company without networking with the right people. The pay raises are marginal at best.

Advice to Senior Management

Make the pay raises competitive with other companies. In addition, stop with the favortism when it comes to promotions for your employees.
