Pros

Northrop grumman provides good benefits and compensation. They have a wide support network that is very accomidating and willing to help.

Cons

The jobs can be boring and lack satisfaction. Also the management has a hard time recognizing individuals for their efforts.

    Overall good tenure, but they lied about impending layoffs and the HR representative didn't have a clue.

    Pros

    The coworkers were great to work with during my time with Northrop Grumman.

    Cons

    Senior executives just care about their bonuses and give lip services to engagement but don't care about the development of their employees. Some of my managers didn't have a clue about what was going on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take of your employees and they'll take you to success. While the stock price is important it won't be sustained if the employees are engaged; it takes more than lip service with engagement.
