I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

The company is willing to work with you and aid in your desired direction for your career. The pay is adequate for the area. You can move up in your career field easily or change careers within the company as well with ease.

Cons

Management forgets to inform you of the decisions that reflect you in a timely manner. The company is dependent on military contracts that are currently down. The companies culture is a learning environment and everyone is there to help you for the most part.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More communication with employees is always helpful with lower management.
