Poor Management at the VP levels

ProsGood People and interesting work

ConsMicro managed from the Baltimore office.

Advice to Senior ManagementPut management in place that actually understand the business and leave them in place long enough to make a difference. Too many VP's rotating thru to get their boxes checked.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
