Good benefits, but managers were completely unhelpful.

Systems Engineer IV (Former Employee) Annapolis Junction, MD

ProsGood benefits and pay, when a good contract was available.

ConsRaises are small since the company is always trying to reduce its costs. Managers don't pay any attention to their employees and offer no career advancement opportunities. HR does very little to help find you a new position if your contract has been cut.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet some managers that actually do something with their subordinates. Pay attention to career objectives.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
