    Good work-life balance. Old old projects

    Pros: Best work-life balance. I personally never had to work unpaid overtime, and could work 40… Cons: Big projects, work on system c/c++ code which is hard to find a job in the job market with just that skill set. … Advice to Senior Management: Middle management syndrome.
