I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Family oriented work place with great management and very smart engineers. Benefits are terrific and salary are above average. The interactions with upper management and the employees is outstanding. A great place to grow and build your career.

Cons

moving in and out of contracts makes the employees uneasy but its the job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work in interacting with your employees and caring about the future.

    Pros

    There are lots of challenges at the Woodland Hills site with lots of opportunity to shine.
    The products they build are very strong and have a lot of heritage.

    Cons

    As with most manufacturing, work is leaving California, so be prepared to move or get laid off.

    Be open and honest and communicate often to keep the work force from being stressed while working hard.
