Northrop Grumman – “Good starting job”

Pros

Decent starting salary. Work on cool projects. A lot of diverse jobs that you can switch around to. Really get a good feel for a lot of different types of engineering.

Cons

No scope or room to really move up. Pay raises are minimal. Not many vacation days. A lot of the workers are really old.

Advice to Senior Management

Management does a good job. HR department needs a ton of work. They need to give better pay raises otherwise people will continue to leave.
