    Pros

Technology, some really smart people, smaller sites have a family like style

    Cons

Harmonization is just another word for reducing benefits with no warning.

    Advice to Management

Focus on services corp can provide not cost reduction. If the burp racy is less the costs will follow. And if processes were less draconian engineers might follow them.

I worked at Northrop Grumman as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

As an intern, I was paid reasonably well and was given real work, and a 2 person office on top of that. Some of the people there were very knowledgeable in a variety of domains.

    Cons

Some of the people there did not have basic knowledge of programming constructs in their projects. Being an intern, I did not expect to receive phone calls over the weekend for basic problems.

    Advice to Management

Some independent code review would be helpful.
