Program Manager (Current Employee)
Reston, VA

ProsNice people in most areas. Work environment is ok.

ConsIf you don't work for the old TRW team, then you might as well quit or they will eventually get rid of you.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange is needed. Get rid of the people at high levels who do no work, not the people at lower levels who are doing the work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
