Pros

The pay is great, even for an intern. I was really pleased with management, they were very supportive and helpful.

Cons

It's a little hard to get some meaningful work as an intern since pretty much everything is classified. My commute was also a little rough.

    Pros

Well compensated, many opportunities for both technical and management career advancement. Cutting edge technology.

    Cons

Poor work life balance. Policies to promote flexible schedules and work arrangements are in place, but frowned upon when used.

  2. Great people to work with and dedicated to quality

    Pros

Team environment and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

    Cons

As exciting as government contracts/programs can be, they can be challenging to work on due to the nature of these contracts (funding profiles, etc.)
