    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The senior management is taking the company in the right direction, providing opportunities in many technical fields. Ship building,Electronic warfare,Unmanned aircraft,Stealth Technology,Refueling Tankers - with an internal transfer mechanism in place to apply for possitions on other programs.

    Cons

The only downside in my view would be if your job moves to another location - you move with it.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing the right things

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Interesting work on diverse complicated systems, opportunities to move all over the country and the world, and flexible 40 hour work weeks w/ paid overtime (depending upon your program manager).

    Cons

Opportunities for growth can be somewhat limited depending on what program you are working for. Promotions seem to be given for "time served" rather than being merit based. NG is primarily a defense company, and SW program segments don't always get the focus/budget they need. Development processes (CMMI level 5) can be cumbersome.

    Advice to Management

Make one benefits policy to apply across all company sectors.
