bonus is next to nothing, health care options are either worst or most expensive and keep getting worst every year

    Good working environment. Employees are treated kindly and employees are not pushed to work over 40 hours per week.

    Cons

    You don't get the feeling that the company cares about its employees. Salary is below average.

    Rewarding great work with salary bumps and bonuses would go a long way in keeping employees happy
