    I worked at Northrop Grumman

    Pros

Good benefits, including the 9/80 work schedule. Plenty if training opportunities. Leading edge technologies and solutions. Plenty of training opporunities

    Cons

At ES, the N in NGC should stand for nepotism. Salaries aren't competitive within the Baltimore-Washington region. 50-50 split between capable, competent management and folks who have no business managing anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better vetting for management. Get your salaries in line with the region.
