I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Talented and knowledgeable people with a strong aerospace engineering background. Good work to family balance. Small company closeness with a family like atmosphere.

    Cons

Managers need to concern themselves with the customer needs and engage more frequently. Lack vision on customer as a possible resource for new ideas and potential opportunities for new business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers need to be more engaged with their people. Spend to much time focusing on presentations to their superiors.
