    Pros

Higher than average compensation, flex schedules including telecommute and 9/80, business casual work attire, work life balance, decent benefits, employee perks including on site cafeteria, gym, etc.

    Cons

Typical corporate level politics - matrix organization with leaders who sometimes are not focused on the right things, musical chairs with leaders, layoffs occur every 1 to 2 years. You can have a great career here if you have the right manager.

    Advice to Management

Listen and engage employees for feedback, promote for actual performance not for politics.

    Pros

They offer great training opportunities and have great potential for growth and potential to transfer to other locations if desired. They value their employees and recruit top talent.

    Cons

Compensation if above average for the area. Benefits are comparable to most large companies. There are several sectors which operate independently with different rules and procedures which can cause difficulties and confusion for employees, suppliers and customers. It needs to be a more cohesive, streamlined organization. The office space itself is not desirable - no real break area and crowed work spaces with no privacy.

    Advice to Management

Upper management is aloof to the general employees. When off-site management visits, they don't bother to meet their employees, only other managers. There is very little employee social interaction or activities.
