    Advice to Management

I went out on disability for replacement of a knee. After my return my manger started a campaign of besmirching my abilities. I have 35 years of experience and went to our HR department and made them aware and didn't understand either. Unlike my peers I was told to turn in a daily log and chastise for everything and anything. My advice is to not have managers who are abusive and aren't willing to throw there employees under the bus at the drop of the hat. I say none of this because I feel wronged, but because I have never been put in a position like this in 35 years of work. It was detached and ignorant of a person with a disability. Thank you
