    I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good job stability and chance to learn

    Cons

    Poor managment, look out for themselves and not their employees more worried about their money instead of ensuring employees have what they need.

    The best thing was they gave me what i had to build and left me to do it.

    Too picky about how things were built.
